This performative piece was created for a special event. Properly tempered chocolate from a local chocolatier was poured into custom molds which were then dipped into liquid nitrogen to rapidly cool the chocolate.
Attendees enjoyed the epicurean display and took home the commemorative chocolate medallions produced in the process.
